The Atlanta Constitution GA 4 January 1903
Judge Albert Vardeman of Rockville is described in this colorful
account as "one of the most distinguished lawyers of the state."
He is
also "admired ... not only on account of his great ability as a lawyer,
but because of the genial simplicity of his character."
As
for his appearance, "He aint got much of a figure-he's shaped something like a gourd full of water
-but I tell you he's got a head on him."
